Your request must be made through the Single Form for the exercise of ARCO Rights, Revocation of Consent and/or Limitation of the use or disclosure of Personal Data (“the Form”), which is available to You on the website www.jovagraneros.com.mx.
In order for our Personal Data Officer to process your request, You or your legal representative must fully prove your identity, so it will be necessary to complete all the fields indicated in the Form and attach a copy of one of the valid official identifications specified therein.
In the event that the information provided in the Form is erroneous or insufficient, or if the corresponding proof documents are not attached, the Personal Data Officer may request, within five (5) business days following receipt of the request, that You provide the necessary elements to process it. You will have seven (7) business days to respond to such request. Failure to do so will result in the request being deemed not submitted.
Once complete information has been received, the Personal Data Officer will respond within a maximum period of twenty (20) business days. If appropriate, the request will be made effective within the following fifteen (15) business days.
